How to get to Casa Quirós

Casa Quirós is in the heart of the Parque Natural de Las Ubiñas-La Mesa: just south of the capital of Asturias, Oviedo.

The best way to get to look at getting Casa Quiros at the moment, due to a problem with direct flights to Asturias airport (we will update information on this when we find out more), is via Santander. And although it’s a little bit of a drive from there, Asturias is very easy to navigate with plenty of motorways, which are usually very empty, making travel simple and quick.

Santander Airport – About two 1/2 hours drive to Casa Quirós . Served by RyanAir from Stansted / Dublin / Edinburgh. Flights are 7 days a week from May to October and slightly less often over the winter.

Or go to www.ryanair.com

Santander Ferry Port – About two 1/2 hours drive to Casa Quirós. If you want to bring your car this is most relaxing way to do it. Served by Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth / Plymouth.

Asturias Airport – At the moment there is a lack of direct flights to this airport. There are flights from the London airports, Heathrow and Gatwick but at the moment they are all going via Madrid. However, this also means that you can get connecting flights from around the country.
You can check these out at www.iberia.com

Bilbao Airport / Ferry Ports – These are a little further, around 3.5hrs drive, but again the roads are generally empty and it’s motorway the whole way.  Easyjet fly to Bilbao via Manchester and Standsted and Brittany Ferries go from from Portsmouth / Plymouth.

You can see Casa Quiros on this larger map which shows its position on the north-west coast of Spain.

Hi there, not sure if this is the right place to message you but i can’t find a contact us spot – so delete this from your page if i’ve missed it! We’ve seen the website and the area looks amazing. We’re are interested in coming to Asturias to climb/ cycle/ beach next summer. Would you have availability in July? If so, what would the cost be, we’d probably be thinking about c14/15 July to 30/31 July. We’re a family of four
    Thanks

Hi Matt, I did send you a reply via email but I haven’t heard back from you so am not sure if you received it as it may have ended up in your spam folder so I’m replying on here as well, just in case! The best way to contact us is via email to: richieandmary@casaquiros.co.uk And thanks for the feedback on the site – I hadn’t realised it was so difficult to find the ‘contact us’. Some redesign needed!
